Recovery of lost emails

Hi,
I have not opened my email for a long time. This time i attempted to open, I had forgotten my password. In the process of recovery, I discovered that all my past emails had been lost. Unfortunately I had given out my email address and some important info was sent to me, but i wasn't aware that the address had been disabled. If I could please recover the emails i would greatly appreciate.
