Hi Quentin,
To use your password to log in, you must disable the Account Key. To do so, access to your security settings. In "Yahoo Account Key" click Manage and select Disable Account Key.
Regarding the other issues you're facing, try clearing your Web browser's cache and cookies. Also, check if it is up to date.
