If I my IP address to another country according to this side https://www.purevpn.com/blog/how-to-change-ip-address-to-another-country/ but allows the website to use my geolocation. Then which location it will consider? The one from IP address or from GPS?

Hello, it will be based on the location of the VPN. There isn't an actual GPS chip in your PC/Mac, the geolocation is determined from your IP address.

Laptop and phones has GPS chips you check on google maps. Don't know about Desktops.

The VPN will give the location of where the vpn server is.

Yes but my question is which location will the website consider? The location of VPN server or GPS location?
