If i understand you correctly, you want to install Windows xp in TOSHIBA NB100 Laptop
During installation of windows you should never see:
Safe mode
Safe mode with command promt
Safe mode with network
Last Know Good Configuration
Start windows normally.
This shows up only if there are problems with an already existing Windows installation.
Start again from the beginning. If you follow all steps it should work like charm
