Hi

3 days ago my Instagram account disabled.

I am trying to send a request to the Instagram trough this page :

https://help.instagram.com/contact/606967319425038



but when i want to send it i get this message :

Could not process your request

We could not process your request. Please try again later.



for 3 days i am trying to contact with them but i could not success!

how can i fix it?

Clear your browser's cache and cookies, check if it is up to date and try again. If the problem persists, make sure that JavaScript and cookies are allowed in your browser's settings.

If the problem persists, try sending your appeal from a different browser or device.

When you try to log in, does Instagram notify you that your account is "disabled"? Because, if it is not disabled, this may be why you can't send your appeal through that form.

Yes.
The message is : no users found
My account doesn't exist now and I'm sure instagram disabled it!
As I remember before desabling , instagram wanted phone number and they told me that I should ask a review after 24 hours.
After that my account changed to "Instagramer" name and i couldn't access to it.
I'm sure that instagram deleted my account and i can not see my page now!
Unfortunately when I email to support@instagram.com i will receive an auto reply from facebook that wants me to go to the link
http://help.instagram.com/

I don't know what should I do?
I wish I could chat with the Instagram support center.

Unfortunately it is not easy to reach Instagram... I suggest you wait a few days and see what happens when you try to log in / appeal Instagram's decision through the contact form.

this account is related to another account.
I have my account but i can not access to the subcategory account that i have created!
