Hi,
Maybe your language settings aren't set correctly.
From the Instagram app, tap on your profile icon to go to your profile page. Tap the Menu icon and select Settings. Then go to Account > Language to change the language.
From the desktop site, go to your profile page and select Edit Profile > Language.
