Hello, I have just received a second hand LG Flatron E2442V which has an issue when turning on. Every time the monitor is turned on after being in sleep mode or turned off, then when starting up it will take a rather long time to turn on. Specifically, the monitor turns itself on for a fraction of a second, turns itself off, and repeats the process. This usually takes anywhere between 20 mins to 5 hours, which is usually very troublesome. Is there any way I can fix this myself? Thank you in advance
