Hello, in your other post you said that you had other FB accounts which you have subsequently deleted.
It may take Facebook a few days to recognise that you only have 1 account. I would give it a few days before trying to reconnect accounts and see if that helps.
If you deleted these other FB accounts a while ago, then try contacting Facebook / Instagram directly - although you are not guaranteed to get a reply.
