Hello,

Please help. At all my posts on Instagram I cant see or reply to comments that are made at my posts. Tried everything and all the settings seem correct.

Any ideas?

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 604.1

Hi,

If you're trying to reply to comments directly through the Instagram app, try from the website instead, to see if the problem is related to the app or your account.

Thank you. I did. On my laptop there is no problem and i can respond. It is only on the app in my Phone

Check if an update is available for the app. If not, you can try to reinstall it.

Already did that. There is no update. I restarted my phone and deleted instagram and reinstalled it.
I have 3 instagram accounts which i can switch. The otter 2 work perfectly. It is just one account which doesnt

Ok, in this case, report the problem to Instagram.

Tap on your profile icon and open the Menu.

Select Settings and choose Help > Report a problem.
