This problem occurs because you do not have access rights to the Facebook business page to which the account is linked. And it's linked during the setting up of the Instagram business account. Usually, the administrator of that page, the personal page from which the Facebook page was created to link to the report. So you will need to go to Facebook to give yourself or ask to give the administrator access to the Facebook page. Just set it up before you put up the ads. The number of reaches, age of customers, etc. Make https://maxpay.com/.
