Bug on PSN - PS3 Super Slim

Today I went to try to connect to PSN, but a message appears saying that the email or password is wrong, and for me to see if any SMS arrived on my cell phone, but nothing arrives and it is not configured in two steps. When I log in to the computer, I log in normally, but when it is the console, this message appears.

Hi,

A possible solution for this is the following:

Try to delete the PSN Store app from your PS3, by pressing the Triangle button over it. Then you redownload the app from the Apps menu.
