Hi,
Windows clipboard doesn't have such feature. However, I found a tool named Ditto Clipboard Manager that allow you to paste text using keyboard shortcuts.
Start the tool and click on its icon located on the taskbar. Click the 3 horizontal dots at the bottom right of the window and choose New Clip or press Ctrl + N.
Paste your text and click the Save icon. In Hot Key, choose your keyboard shortcut by pressing Ctrl + (letter) or Alt Gr + (letter). Then check Hotkey available globally and Never Auto Delete.
Once done, click Ok to save.
