Connecting Wireless internet thourgh cell pho

Hello,
Im not sure if you can help me, but here goes. I dont know a whole lot about computers. I have a Samsung Delve Touch screen smart phone that is suppost to act as a wireless modem (with USB cable), but i can't get it to work. Is there anyone who knows how to do that??

Hello,

If your phone has wifi in built you will have to connect it to a wireless router!

HOw do I know if my phone has wifi built in??? I can go on the net with my phone, so does that mean it does??? Oh, By the way my phone is an Samsung R800
