Accounts are not growing

I have 5 Instagram accounts in different categories,

I post every day on every account at the same time. using 30 relevant hashtags. its been a month, the followers are not growing. when I see the insight data, it shows me I am getting good reach, but people just watch videos, like them, and do not follow the account.



Currently, the followers are 6-10 and posts are 100+



why this is happening? what I am missing?

Hi,

Sometime post is good and even reaches to your audience but your content is not engaging. Try to create engaging content that will attract your audience. Also use relevant hashtags with good volume.
