Hi,
Normally if you select Deactivate account, it will remain available even after 30 days days and you can get it back by simply logging in using your credentials.
Can you try to enter your Facebook username instead of your email address to see if your account is still recognized or not. If it isn't recognized too, try to follow these recovery steps.
