No access to Facebook Authenticator Closed

Hello, 
I had been using Google's Authenticator app for my two factor log-in. Somehow Facebook is now asking for a code from the FB Authenticator. Since I never gave FB my phone number, it can't send me the SMS with the code even though it appears to think it is doing so.

I am not logged in on another device and have been unable to find a work around. Is there a way to log in without this code or a way to have my account reset somehow?

Hi,

If you don't see an option allowing you to send the code to your email address, then I recommend you to follow these methods to recover your Facebook account.

Already been through all that. It never gets me beyond changing the password and then when logging in it asks for the Authenticator code...
