Hacked account, videoselfie not working

Hello,

the videoselfie doesnt even start, when i put the head in the circle, that's it. nothing happnes. what do i do??
my account was hacked, the longer it takes, more people get hacked, my account is sending fake messages and links meanwhile :((( SEND HELP!

You may find a solution in this thread. The best answer says that they solved the issue by using a different phone.
