My Instagram says : help us confirm that you own this accoun

Hello,

So basically my Instagram asks me for confirmation that I own this account. I can log in with Facebook and with an email link but I can't get past this message. As soon as I click : log in. This pops up and it's on every single device I'm using. It says: "you'll need to confirm your identity to confirm that you own this account"

I've tried video selfie verification but every video got declined (I've sent over 20) . I don't have this phone number. This phone number and SIM got deactivated as I moved countries and didn't use it anymore. I have no other way of getting in..can someone please help me? :(

Hi Lara,

You are alone with this issue regarding the selfie verification process...

I invite you to take a look at this thread for a workaround and also to this one that is currently active.
