Hello, I have a question about a blocked/reported account

I recently ad one of my accounts hacked. I reported this off course with my two other accounts. Now I got my hacked account back but I can't see that account anywhere with my other accounts to unblock and unreport it. I have looked in my blocked and reported list but it's not there. When I search for it I can't find it. When I go to te account via webbrowser there is no option to unblock or unreport. Can anyone gove my a solition since instagram itself is pretty bad for getting help with this.
