Hi,
Instagram doesn't provide a dedicated option to remove likes from their own posts.
However, if that person choose to block you, your likes and comments will be removed, even if you're unblocked afterwards.
In your case, as that only happens with some posts, it could be possible that there's an issue with your app or Internet network.
