Instagram video selfie verification problem

Hello,
Instagram kept rejecting the video selfie verification that I had sent them multiple times. Sometimes there was an error sometimes not. So I deleted Instagram app and reloaded 5 days later. Now I’ve send them already twice new videos and they don’t even approve or diss approve them. They sent me an email saying we received your request, a day passes and nothing. What do I do? Should I change my password? Since I can’t even get into my account what good does that do? Should I try from a laptop? Why are they not even responding to me now? Thanks
