How to iniciate my bluetooh in my VAIO VGN-TZ Closed

Hello,
I´m having trouble with my bluetooth. For some reason, and I tried everything I know, it won´t work. The thing is it does always the same : bluetooth is not iniciated. But it comes built in the pc and the light is on , (wirelees button) it does recognize my cell phone but at last it can´t connect. Does anyono know how should I do it?

Dear Sir,

You have a bluetooth in built your laptop, i will advise you re-installing the bluetooth driver. You will need to install it from your Driver CD that came along with your laptop! Just insert it in your DVD drive and install the software for bluetooth then restart your machine!
