Yahoo email going to Trash after account hacked

Hello,

My Yahoo email account was hacked , and now my emails are going into trash. I have Windows 10, MS Edge on my laptop. How can I stop it? I cleaned the Cache and cleared the data on the Yahoo app on my Samsung S21+ Android phone and that did not help.

Hi,

Go to the Yahoo Mail website from your desktop. Next click the Settings icon > More settings. Select Filters and delete the unwanted filters that cause your emails to be sent to the trash.

Hi!

Thank you! I found the filter that was directing my emails to go to trash and I deleted it. Now my mail is going into my inbox!
