Hi,
If you see this message, it means that your account has been deleted from Yahoo's servers due to 12 months of inactivity. In this case, recovery is impossible and you have to create a new account.
You can't reuse the same email address if you create a new account. To confirm if your account is fully deleted from the server, go to the Sign-in Helper and enter your email address.
