Hi,
Facebook may block certain links from being shared if they believe there are suspicious. You can use the Facebook Debugger tool to find out why your website is blocked.
Another reason is that your account may have been restricted from sharing links for a certain time, because they have noticed an unusual usage, such as repetitive actions.
If you think there is a bug with your Messenger app, try reinstalling it. You can also check from the Messenger website to identify whether the issue is only caused by the app. If you are unable to share links at all, try avoiding using your account for a few hours.
