I was hacked on Instagam Closed

Hello,

The only way I can regain my account is by sending the verification selfie video. I keep getting an error message that the  video did not upload correctly.

Does anyone know if there is a period that one has to wait between submissions?

I was actually able to at first, receive two different emails from Instagram that my videos were successful. But unfortunately, the first reset link to change my password was expired and the second email from Instagram confirming my identity the 8 digit code they sent did not work, that was last Sunday March 12th one day after the hack!  Ever since then I get the error message that the video did not upload correctly. I have done everything, delete the app, reinstall it, tried my husband's phone, cleared the cache, everything. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME!!!

I had uninstalled the app for my phone and waited three full days before reinstalling. I read that this could be helpful due to corrupted cache. I reinstalled the app, and was able to complete the selfie verification. My first submit was denied, but the second one was successful and I was able to recover my account from the hacker!

I tried to perform the procedure through a friend's phone. I have a Motorola Android, which was not working at all, my friend's phone is an Iphone 7 Plus, I tried his skin and it worked
