Not able to access mail on laptop. Solved/Closed

Hello,

I get the following when trying to access mail on laptop. "message" : "Control character incookie valueor attribute." Cannot therefore get my mail.    I am 85 and not really computer literate, but need help.

First of all, clear all your browser's cookies and cache then try again.

If the issue persists, check if cookies aren't blocked and that Javascript is enabled.

I have cleared Cache etc and all seems fine now. Thanks everyone.
