Not able to access mail on laptop.

Hello,

I get the following when trying to access mail on laptop. "message" : "Control character incookie valueor attribute." Cannot therefore get my mail.    I am 85 and not really computer literate, but need help.


Kindle Fire / Silk 128.2.1

Hi,

First of all, clear all your browser's cookies and cache then try again.

If the issue persists, check if cookies aren't blocked and that Javascript is enabled.

If you need help to do these steps, please let me know your browser's name.

I have cleared Cache etc and all seems fine now. Thanks everyone.
