USB comes up as removable disk

Hello, i got the same problem too...
My USB used to come up as USB. but now it reads as removable disk. when i click on it it only gives me the option of format disk. what should i do? i do not want to lose the files in there!

Dear Sir,

Try to connect the USB device to another pc, save all your data there and then plug it in your pc, format it and then transfer back all your data to the USB device!

Please note that this happens when your pc is infected, i will advise you updating windows and also your antivirus!
