Problem of net connection

Hello,
I am not able to connect emails through Firefx,or skype or Google talk on net.
The computer says there is a problem of connecting to net.
So I am not able to open emails on Mozilla fire fox.
But I can go to net throuh Internate Explorer, but not able to connect above three.
Please advise

hi,

open firefox and click on tools > options

then check the settings.

make sure that the website is allowed.
