First, I would need a little more info? At what point do you get this information in the boot up process? As a general rule any time you see I/O (Input Output) it would indicate a device. Perhaps you have a USB device connected during boot up? If you have a "Legacy" device (old) connected it may give you this data. I would first check to see what devices you have connected and secondly if you installed something recently ie; before this data was displayed or connected a new device. Then check for device driver updates on all of your connected devices. Also look in windows "Device Manager" for any yellow flags!
