Connect Internet and Sharing

Hello,
I have a small LAN with 14 computer connect to a switch and I have one Server 2003 to manage this LAN.

I want the Server 2003 connect to Internet and sharing to 14 clients.

1. what equipment I need?
2. when the server already connected to Internet,how to share Internet to clients?

Hii Friend,
i also have the same problem and looking for the solution if you got the solution then please help me.
i can access internet by using winproxy
but not without it
