Hello,i my wireless and router is connected but however when i open internet explorer it says it is unable to connect and i even restart it..HEPL!!!

hi,

renew you ip address.

go to start > run, type cmd and press ok.

then type ipconfig /renew and hit enter.

this should fix your problem.
