connecting a toshiba laptop to lg LCD Closed

Hello,
please can any1 help me to know which cable i have to get to connect my laptop to the LCD. The Lcd has 2 HDMI connection and something called RGB PC which one shoulad i use. It's really confusing,

You can connect the laptop to Tv using the DE-15 vga cable!

This will be the best solution!
