It seems odd that it restarts 2-3 times then is stable from then on. Check the internal connections and make sure they are secured. Next i want you to clean out the dust from the fan, compressed air, cotton bud, vacuum. Though be aware vacuums can cause a static charge.
Next is have you changed any pieces of hardware lately?
Does your system make a series of beeps when you turn your PC on? if so can you tell me if there are X amount of long beeps and X amount of short beeps... or just either or.
