Internet cable or Modem isn't working Closed

Question

Hello,
Umm.. my modem isn't working I turned it off for like an hour and it still doesnt work.
I have a linksys modem and there was like a computers glowing green know only my 1 is working and i dont know what to do there was 2 computers glowing know its just my one and i went on xbox and it says that my internet to xbox live isnt working so i was hoping you can help me with my problem. Thanks.

Did you mean your Linksys ROUTER isn't working?
If your using WI-FI, try installing up to date WLAN (Wireless internet) drivers to your desktop/laptops
If ground connected,(Ethernet, USB, etc) try to install the proper Linksys drivers to the computers. (same applies to WLAN)

         your modem settings status you check  .advanced setup you go to username and password check . and any mistake  ,dought reply ok.
