Computer shuts down while watching

Hello, I have a one year old laptop and it worked fine until now. It started shutting down everytime Im watching videos. And now it shuts down even I'm just browsing internet. Can you help me with this? thanks

you need to let the fan hole bay free

or use a laptop cooler and clean the air filters

your laptop is temperature is too hot
