Connected but no internet!!??

Hello,
newbie here, please help. ok so I need some computer help please. I am currently getting internet from someone who has an insecure wireless modem. My brother in law next door has his secure, I've entered the WEP number from the back of the modem, it tells me I'm connected, BUT I can't get onto the net WTF!!! Can anyone help??? or is there a way I can increase the insecure signal as it drops off soooooo often?

hello there,

You just have to try connecting again,

Verify if you browser is working on Offline mode,

Click on Tools to verify and to disable

You can't increase the signal. you will have to get near the router to get better signal strength
