I cant connect to the internet

Hello,
I have a problem with my Dell intel core Duo Lap Top it will not connnect to my home internet connection it just tells me that it is identifing the network and wont get the internet what do i do ?

Hello Sir,

All you will have to do now is to re-install the ethernet driver,

If the problem persists, you will have to contact your Internet Service Provider to fix this problem for you
