formatting sata hard drive Closed

i reformat computer with sata drive. but when i load xp cd. i alway format drive c but when copying file. i alway recieve problem. saying cannot copy files. i change my xp cd. it incounter again. what should i do.

Hye Sir,

You will have to access your bios to change the sata mode or configuration, 

change from AHCI to IDE

Then try installing XP again,

This will solve the problem

i look for my set up bios. its set up to IDE.  but still cannot copy. This my second reformat. my first format have  no problem. but this i encountered.
