Connection to internet explorer

Hello,
I have a toshiba laptop. I have a good wireless connection but I cannot get connected to internet explorer. Please can you help??

hi there,

go to command prompt

type ipconfig /release

then ipconfig /renew


clear browser cache,cookies and history

hope this helps
