Help me with my ipod

hi,
ok so, i had a different laptop which wads the original computer i started itunes on ,but recently the screen broke so i switched itunes to my other laptop, and i got all my songs from the other laptop to this one, and i got like 7 new ones yesterday, but it wont sync them, i clicked "sync ipod" like 100 times and it says "ipod snyc is complete"
and i check my ipod but the songs arent on it, i restated it to, but it didnt work...i currently have itunes 1.0.2, and theres a new version 1.1.3, ill try to update and see if i have any luck.
i use windows vista, and have a toshiba laptop
if anyone can help please tell me :)
