Keyboard problem

Hello,
i have a Esystem 3213. whenever i press one letter on the keyboard it comes up with two letters, like when i press the letter 'Q' it will come up as 'AQ'. what should i do?

Your keyboard is completely messed up, you should try to unplug it or clean it should work fine.
