Can't connect to internet

Hello, While on the internet, the connection was lost and I mistakenly click on "work off line". Now I can't get connected again. I went to the tools icon and unselected "work offline" but I still get the message that it can't find my connection. I have (had) internet access through my phone company but am at a loss as to how to get reconnected.

hi there,

try this:

Click on Start then control panel

double click to open network connection

right click on the active lan card and select repair

Open browser and connect to the internet

or

en enter command line

then type ipconfig/ release
/ flushdns
/ renew
