Compaq presario CQ40-audio driver

Hello,
I have compaq presario cq40-317TU
IT had vista installed in it..now I formatted it and I installed xp in it by integrating sata drivers in it..
after lots of efforts I installed audio driver as well but still no sound....
please help..
