Web address is broken

Hello,
I am trying to access a web site and when I try it tells me the website is "broken". I can access the site from my computer at work but not at home. My son who lives 40 miles away is having the same problem. I have been told that it can be accessed via facebook. I do have AVG free and StopZilla on my machine at home and only Stopzilla with Symantic at work.
Any suggestions that I might try.

the website is http://nnddaregion3k9.webs.com/index.htm
When I click on it it says the link is broken or doesn't recognize the site. I have cleaned out my history and also my cookies.

My last resort is to through the computer.

P.S. I am female
