My j700 wont allow me to upload anything

Hello,

i have a j700 phone and am trying to get it to upload pics and vids but so far nothing, i have changed it to mass storage and plugged in my usb but nothings happening its totally inpossible to find on my comp!!! Its driving me nuts and i dont have a cd for my ph either =[ please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Berth123,

Are you actually meaning that it is not being detected or that it is detected but you are unable to upload any

file from it. Kindly be more accurate on your problem for us to solve it.

i have the same problem...computer wnt detect my phone when i connect it
