My Ipod is not showing videos & photographs

Hello,
I have 120 GB Ipod & Some how it is not showing videos & photographs in ipod. And when i uploaded my last video I came to know that all games also has deleted.. What should I do with this?

Dear Priya,

This could be a virus infection. The best thing to do is formatting it properly. This will clear all the

troubles that you are having. But before you do it, please check whether the videos and pics

that you have sent to your iPOd is in the right format.
