Monitor display screen not open

Hello,
I have a problem in desktop.. If i start my computer the display screen not open intitially..after ten minutes only display screen opened.can u please advise ,what procedure i want to follow for this problem

It might be resulting from your graphic card becoming older and starting to have some troubles. Well, even

though your explaniations are not so clear. Please give clear information about the problem in order for us

to help you.
