No signal

Hello,
ive just bought my pc last week and this morning the screen keeps telling me ni signal whats the problem with it ?
do you think its a hardware problem ? ive already checked the cables and evrything is alright but then whats the problem ?

thank you for your interest and any idea will be the most welcomed..

Try unplug the monitor. Unplug the power cable from the monitor. Leave 24 hrs. Plug back in.

I know it's a very low-tech solution but it seems to have saved others from bother previously (plus low tech solutions are cheap).
