Internet difficulties

Hello, My HP touchscreen computer has been partitioned between Linux and windows 7. When restarting the computer from Linux into Windows 7, my internet connection goes down. What am I doing wrong here?

hi there,

have you installed the driver for network on windows 7?

please check it in device manger and give feedback

I am new to a computer partitioned between two operating systems and am new to Windows 7, and don't know the procedure to verify whether or not the driver has been installed. Can someone walk me through the steps?
